Orders & Processing

  • Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an order confirmation email right away and a second email with tracking once your order leaves our shop.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to help. Email inanimateautomation@gmail.com with the subject line: Order Change + your order number as soon as possible.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards via Stripe and PayPal. Payments are processed securely; we never store full card details.

Shipping

  • Yes. Alongside domestic U.S. shipping, we currently ship selected items to:

    • Australia

    • Canada

    • France

    • Germany

    • United Kingdom

    International shipping availability may vary by product. Final shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service. Typical delivery windows:

    • USA: 2–7 business days after dispatch

    • International: 7–21 business days after dispatch (carrier and customs dependent)

  • For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any duties, VAT, or import fees set by the destination country.

  • Yes. Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link. If it hasn’t arrived, check spam or email inanimateautomation@gmail.com

  • Please first check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier office. If still missing, email inanimateautomation@gmail.com with your order number and tracking ID; we’ll open a trace with the carrier and advise next steps.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders ship 10 business days after the close of the pre-order window (unless the product page states otherwise). Your product page always lists the exact dates.

  • By default, the entire order ships together when the pre-order is ready. If you need in-stock items sooner, email inanimateautomation@gmail.com with your order number; split shipping may require an additional postage charge.

  • Pre-orders can usually be canceled before the pre-order window closes. After that, materials are committed and cancellation may not be possible.

Returns & Exchanges

  • For most non-custom, unused items in original condition, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please email inanimateautomation@gmail.com with your order number to start a return.
    Final sale / non-returnable: custom items, used/worn items, and discounted clearance unless faulty.

  • Email inanimateautomation@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll replace or refund per inspection.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover it. Otherwise, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Product & Fit

  • Yes—product pages include key specs. For extra guidance (fit, measurements, materials), email inanimateautomation@gmail.com with the product name/URL.

  • Some products are limited runs and may not restock. If restock is planned, the product page will say so. You can also email us for updates.

Files, Drawings & Kits

  • Yes—use the Contact page to upload PDF, DXF, STEP, IGES, JPG, PNG. You can also email files to inanimateautomation@gmail.com with a brief description (material, thickness, quantity, deadlines).

  • Kits are produced in 5052 H-32 aluminum alloy with tab-and-slot designs for quick assembly and better practice flow.
